It's simple! As many people as possible as the plan needs to have the support of the community.

The plan is developed for the community, by the community. The process is managed by having topic and neighborhood location discussions every 2 weeks made up of people who live or work in the community or who have an interest on what goes on. The calendar of events can be found by clicking HERE.

If a community member cannot make it our to a meeting but wants to stay informed, they should sign up for our Thoughts on Thursday email service. Every Thursday, the Town Plan Team will send out an exclusive email to keep locals informed and engaged throughout the Town Plan process, and include reminders of upcoming Community Visioning Workshops.

An important way to help guide our discussions also involves completing our online surveys. These will be available on our home page, Thoughts on Thursday emails, and Facebook. They should not take any longer than 5 minutes to complete.
