    These 2 young musicians are visiting local libraries this summer with the goal of introducing new audiences to classical music through performance and commentary. Henry has been playing piano for 10 years and the cello for 6 years, and Nathan has been playing the violin for 6 years. They are both members of the Vermont Youth Orchestra and participate in many other local music initiatives.

Selectboard

  1. Selectboard Meeting

    The selectboard is responsible for general supervision of the affairs of the town; this includes enacting ordinances and rules, proposing an annual budget and setting the tax rate, appointing individuals to non-elected boards and commissions, and a variety of other related tasks. Meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, 6:30 pm, at the Colchester Town Offices, 781 Blakely Road, in the Outer Bay Conference Room on the 3rd floor. Enter through the front door of the building and take the elevator or the stairs to the left. Special meetings at different times and locations are also held occasionally throughout the year.
