The Town Clerk's Office, Planning & Zoning Dept, and Assessor's Office have been hard at work digitizing land records to make them available online 24/7. Your Town is dedicated to becoming a "digital community" by finding ways to make researching land records and maintaining transparency easy and efficient.
Many thanks to staff and volunteers for putting in over 1300 hours of scanning and indexing, the result being unprecedented access to all public records, with a full online permitting system anticipated by year's end. Documents dating back to 1987 are now available, with all records dating back to 1922 to be available within the year.

The Town Assessor's Office has also implemented an online, interactive map of the Town to aid in providing lot info and assessed values.
