Library Schedule

Effective July 1, 2012, the Burnham Memorial Library will be open the following hours:

• Monday 10 am-8 pm
• Tuesday 10 am-6 pm
• Wednesday 10 am-8 pm
• Thursday 10 am-6 pm
• Friday 1-5 pm
• Closed Saturdays for the summer

This schedule change complies with reduced funding for municipal services. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Rubi Simon, Library Director, at 879-7576 or Al Voegele, Town Manager, at 264-5501.

Farmers Market Volunteers

The library is seeking volunteers with experience or knowledge on how to create a farmers market. If you have any interest please call Rubi Simon, Library Director, at 879-7576

Getting Ready for the June Book Sale

We're currently getting prepared for our book sale on June 23rd and 24th. First off, we'll be accepting donations at the Old Fire House on Saturdays from 9 am-12 pm. As always, we take anything except for encyclopedias, textbooks, and periodicals. Secondly, we're looking for volunteers to help out with the donations, as well as the book sale itself; call 879-7576 for more information.

Borrow ebooks through Listen Up! Vermont

If you just received a Kindle, Nook, or iPad, or have had one for years, we'd just like to remind you that you can borrow ebooks through the library, using the Listen Up! Vermont website. Here are our new instructions.
