August 20th Community Septic Sites

On August 20th the Planning Commission held a work session on community septic sites.  Craig Heindel, hydrogeologist from Waite Heindel, gave a presentation and Sarah Hadd, of the Colchester Planning & Zoning Department, provided projected costs.  Here is a link to the video of the meeting and supporting documents:
