Project Manager
The Town of Colchester is seeking a business-savvy Project Manager to join its dynamic and collaborative leadership team. As the Town’s Project Manager, you will apply principles of private-sector business to the delivery of services provided by the Town. This includes writing specifications, bidding, negotiating and drafting contracts for goods, equipment and services; evaluating services to find operational and cost efficiencies; coordinating safety objectives across Town departments; and ensuring the Town delivers the highest quality services possible with the resources provided. The ability to apply principles of business in a municipal setting and independently complete detailed, accurate work is essential. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills are preferred, and possessing experience coordinating services and programs in local government is a plus. Senior Accountant

Operations Manager
The Department of Public Works is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented leader, adept at assessing and prioritizing operational objectives, while exercising sound judgement, to deploy Town resources. Duties include providing management and oversight of daily operations and personnel; assisting with development of maintenance programs and budgets; coordinating equipment availability; organizing and scheduling repair and maintenance to public infrastructure; inspecting work-in-progress; and assisting crew with completion of tasks, as needed, to ensure effective, efficient and safe operations. Wastewater Technician/Mechanic
Colchester Department of Public Works is seeking a mechanically-skilled and collaborative person, with a safety mindset, to join its team. This position maintains and operates the Town’s sewer system and assists in all aspects of vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair. This full-time opportunity offers work/life balance, with a Monday thru Friday, 7AM – 3PM schedule. Occasional evening and weekend hours with opportunities for overtime. Wastewater Technician/Highway Maintenance
Colchester Department of Public Works is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative person, with a safety mindset, to join its team.
