Join Melissa Nutting for Kids Yoga, a joyful blend of yoga poses, songs, games, books, and relaxation techniques for kids aged 4-9. Melissa earned her Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification through the Child Light Yoga Center. No sign-ups required.

Masks are required for all youth and family programs. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
