GreenPlay's report is the culmination of over a year's worth of research and planning for the future of parks & recreation in the Colchester community. This final report is a detailed analysis and phased approach to transforming Bayside Park into a recreation destination. This will serve as a starting point as Colchester continues to plan for the future, and is by no means set in stone.
