Annual stormwater fees are due in the Town Clerk's Office by end of business on Friday, 21, 2020. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card online or in person. Under a utility structure, funds are collected from all property owners, including those that are tax exempt, through annual fees billed in January instead of being collected through property taxes.
These fees support the town's clean water activities and programs, including needed repairs of the Town's stormwater system, street sweeping and other regular system maintenance, planning and engineering of new improvements town-wide, water quality testing, and compliance with state permitting requirements.
