Pursuant to 24 V.S.A., Chapter 117, Section 4430 and 4443 the Town of Colchester Selectboard will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2015 at the Meeting House at 830 Main St. at 6:30 p.m. to consider adoption of a 5 Year Capital Budget Program and Plan for the Town.
Pursuant to Chapter 1, Section 104 through 109 of the Colchester Town Charter, notice is hereby given that the Select Board will hold a series of public hearings on December 8, 2015 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Colchester Meeting House on Main Street to consider amendments to the Colchester Code of Ordinances and a new Panhandling ordinance.
