The Board of Ethics meets once a year in the spring unless a question or issue arises. This Board cannot take up business on its own but needs to be available in case an ethics issue is referred to them. They met a few times in 2019 regarding a proposed revision to the Town's Ethics Policy. After the Board of Ethics members' review as required by Vermont Statute, the proposed revision was taken up by the Selectboard and the revised Ethics Policy was adopted. Unless another matter is referred to the Board of Ethics, they will not meet again until its annual meeting in spring 2024.
