The Planning & Zoning Department enforces the development regulations and health regulations.  If you have a concern about a violation or other quality of life concern, please use the form below and email it to pzinfo@colchestervt.gov.  If you have an immediate concern that is life threatening or otherwise posing an imminent danger, please contact the Colchester Police Department at (802)-264-5555.  All completed complaint forms will be reviewed by PZ Staff within 24 hours during regular business days and actions will be taken as necessary.  Please note: incomplete forms without identifying information can not generally be investigated.
