The Town of Colchester's land records (deeds, plats, easements, etc.a) are online and searchable by owner's name.  To find the owner's name of a property, use the Interactive Web Map and select the property (use search or identify tool).  Next select "Vision Card" under the Documents and Links tab.  The owner listed on the Vision Card is the newest.  Title chains can then be researched from newest to oldest owners in our Land Records Portal.
