How To Get Your Absentee Ballot
How to Request an Absentee/Early Ballot for an upcoming election:
- Sign into your My Voter Page at https://mvp.vermont.gov/ to access your personal voter file, request absentee ballots by mail and confirm your ballot has been received.
- Request by phone at 802-264-5520 to have your absentee ballot sent by US Postal Mail.
- Request absentee ballot at the Town Clerk's counter during business hours.
To view that your absentee ballot has been received by the Town Clerk's Office go to ‘My Voter Page’ at https://mvp.vermont.gov/ and login. If 'Ballot Status' is RECEIVED, your vote has been counted. If 'Ballot Status' is DEFECTIVE, your vote has NOT been counted, but contact the Town Clerk's Office to correct (Cure).
