Unfortunately, Federal and State tax forms are not available at the Town Clerk's Office and the Burnham Library, because of changes at the IRS and State Tax Department. The library expects to receive 1040/1040A/1040EZ forms, but no instructions or schedules. Here are some tips on where to get forms and instructions:
