Decennial VT Voting Districts Reapportionment
Reapportionment occurs when the US Census is completed every ten years. Reapportionment or redistricting was completed by VT Legislature in 2022 with both the VT Representatives and Senators.
Quick Reference to Colchester Voting Districts
Representative Districts
- Chittenden 20; Comprised of the area east of I-89, the west side of I-89 north of the Malletts Creek inlet and excluding the south side of Blakely Road
- Chittenden 19; Comprised of the area west of I-89 south of the Malletts Creek inlet, including the south side of Blakely Road
Senatorial Districts
- Grand Isle; Comprised of all of Colchester other than the Chittenden Central Senatorial District Area
- Chittenden Central; Comprised of streets in and around the Fort Ethan Allen and St. Michaels College areas
