Project Schedule & Phasing

Phase I involves construction work within or along the following roadways, associated with:

Installation of the main sewer collection line located along West Lakeshore Drive, from Prim Rd to the Bayside Intersection,
Installation of the main sewer collection line located along East Lakeshore Drive from the Bayside intersection to just north of South Bay Circle (570 South Bay Circle),
Installation of the no-access transmission line along all of Blakely Road that will connect these new collection lines to the existing town sewer system in the Severance Corners area, and
Installation of two wastewater pump stations, one on West Lakeshore Drive near The Moorings and one on Blakely Rd next to I-89 across from Shadow Cross Farms.

Phase II, involving additional work along East and West Lakeshore Drives will begin in Spring 2026.

Phase II will involve, in sequential and possibly overlapping order:

Service connections to the new sewer system, for properties on West Lakeshore Drive and East Lakeshore Drive from the Bayside intersection to just north of South Bay Circle (564 South Bay Circle), and decommissioning of those sites’ on-site septic systems
Extension of the main collection line, and installation of service connections on East Lakeshore Drive from South Bay Circle to 885 and 896 East Lakeshore Drive
Extension of the main collection line, and installation of service connections from 937 and 938 East Lakeshore to 1147 East Lakeshore and 32 Bay Road
