The Town Clerk's Office hours are M-F, 8:00am to 4:30pm. No appointment is necessary to research the records during public office hours. You can also complete a search of Colchester’s Land Records by going to the Avenu Records Portal. Starting an account online is required to access the data but the research tool is free and there is a $3 per page fee for official copies. If this fee is prohibitive to community members or you are not finding what you need, come on in for a visit or please contact our office for assistance at townclerk@colchestervt.gov or 802-264-5520.
